DUBAI – Dubizzle has launched direct booking functionality for holiday homes in the UAE, allowing users to discover, compare and reserve short-term rental properties through its online marketplace.
The new service is available for holiday homes listed by participating agencies, bringing property search and reservations together on the platform. Dubizzle said more than 10,000 short-term rental properties are listed on its marketplace each month, highlighting continued interest in flexible accommodation options.
The new functionality allows users to move beyond browsing properties and secure their stays directly through Dubizzle Holiday Homes. The company said the decision to introduce the service was driven by user demand, while the platform is designed to support both travellers and licensed accommodation providers.
Direct bookings
Guests can browse licensed holiday homes across the UAE, with available properties including city apartments, waterfront residences, family-friendly homes and luxury villas. The properties offered through the service are professionally managed and listed by participating agencies.
The direct booking feature brings discovery and reservation into a single digital journey. Instead of using the marketplace only to find accommodation before arranging a booking separately, users can now reserve eligible properties through the Holiday Homes platform.
Dubizzle said the launch comes as the UAE continues to attract tourists, business travellers, remote workers and long-stay visitors looking for alternatives to traditional hotel accommodation.
